Sherry Wine BBQ Smoking Wood Chips

Sherry is a fortified wine from white grapes, mainly Palomino grapes, grown near the town of Jerez de la frontera, Spain. The fortified wine is stored in oak barrels, a process by which the liquid left to age in oak changes the taste, color and aroma. After preparation, the barrel is emptied so that the taste and smell of sherry remains trapped in the oak wood.

The Sherry Wine Oak barrels are transformed into wood chips for smoking, the perfect complement for barbecue cooking, due to the flawless combination between the strength of the Sherry and the quality of the oak wood.

The Sherry Wine wood chips brings sweet flavours and spices, and is a perfect addition to enhance the flavour of food.
