KAMADO Ceramic Live Fire Cooking Classes Basics

Ceramic BBQs are one of the most popular Charcoal BBQs here in the UK and here at the BBQ store we have our very own Live Fire BBQ expert Paul. In our basics Kamado Ceramic classes we cover the following 

  • Fire control lighting and maintaining throughout the cook
  • Vent and cooking grid settings to achieve different cooking zones within the same grill. 
  • Food cooking and recipes these change on each course with a range of different with hands on experience with food prep, cooking it and then enjoying what you have cooked. 
  • Max Five people per a class to ensure 1-1 cooking experience.

Grills we use are the Monolith Kamado and American Primo Kamado ceramic .

These classes are held at our new Cooking school at the BBQ store in Birmingham with easy access from M42.

AT HOME CLASSES FOR THE BIRMINGHAM AREA ARE ALSO AVAILABLE BUT FILLING UP FAST. IF YOU WOULD PREFER OUR AT HOME PRIVATE CLASSES PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO GET THE DATE BOOKED IN.
